About the site

taxi-krakow.pl is an independent guide and taxi price comparison for Kraków, run by the owner of taxi-krakow.pl.

The site is not a taxi company, does not take bookings and does not handle payments. You order a ride directly from the chosen company, which is responsible for it.

Prices and data

Maximum fares come from Kraków City Council and municipal resolutions; company prices come from their websites. We show the source and the date checked.

Fares in the calculator, on routes and district pages are estimates based on price lists and road distances without traffic. The actual fare is set by the taximeter or the price quoted by the company or app.

We try to keep data up to date, but companies change their prices. If you spot an error, please report it via the contact form.

Ranking and directory

A basic directory listing is free for licensed taxi companies. The ranking order is based on price per km (tariff 1, ties decided by tariff 2) and does not depend on payment.

We publish companies only after checking their details. We may refuse or remove a listing if the details are false or the company operates without the required licence.

Advertising

Paid placements are always labelled "Ad" or "Sponsored", and advertising links use rel="sponsored". Advertisers are responsible for their ads.

Liability

The site is for information only. We are not responsible for the ride itself, the fare charged by the operator or the content of external websites we link to.

Texts, comparisons, photos and graphics on the site are protected by copyright. Official data (resolutions, fares) is public - please cite the official source when using it.
