Assistance dogs in taxis
The Polish Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation (Art. 20a) gives a person with disabilities the right to enter road transport vehicles with an assistance dog. The dog must wear a harness and have an assistance dog certificate and current vaccinations; no muzzle or lead is required. The act does not name taxis explicitly - this is our reading, as a taxi is a road transport vehicle.
